The Hey_ keeps connecting/disconnecting all the time. The LED color switches every few seconds between green and blue, while the connection symbol appears on the display.
To solve this issue, press the reset button about 6 seconds (until the Hey_ shuts down). Then remove the Hey_ from the list of bluetooth devices on your PC/laptop/tablet. Now turn the Hey_ back on and reconnect it with your PC/laptop/tablet.

If the Hey_ is properly connected to your device via a BlueTooth connection, but the sound still plays through your device and not through the Hey_, then please check the following. Go to “Control Panel” > “Sound” and set the Hey_ as default playback device.
The Hey_ is compatible with Windows 10 only.
