Sometimes your Techcess device may not function properly, develop a fault or get damaged.
In the first instance please contact the Techcess support team. Our support team are ready to help, you can get in contact simply by calling the dedicated support number 01476 589457 or speak to our online chat representatives found at the bottom right of the website. Our support team can asses the issue and often sort the issue remotely.
If the device needs to come back to Techcess for repair then we will arrange this with you. Repairs of devices are a priority and we will often be able to get a repaired device back to you two days after its collection depending on the nature of the fault. In the unlikely event that a repair will take longer than a few days then for devices under warranty we will endeavour to supply a temporary loan device for you to use in the meantime.
Devices that need to be repaired will be collected by a next day courier service. Please ensure that the device and any peripherals that may have an issue are packed safely and securely into a cardboard box.
Techcess will arrange a suitable collection date and will send you a courier label to affix to the outside of the box.
Please complete the form below in order to give permission for any data on the device to be backed up securely onto an encrypted hard drive as part of the repair procedure. This data will be kept for a maximum of 30 days.
