The health and safety of our clients, customers and employees is our highest priority. We will continue to maintain high degrees of cleanliness and care during this time.

Our demonstration and loan equipment is sanitised and cleaned before each visit. Visits will be dealt with on an individual’s requirement basis with Techcess staff wearing full PPE and providing a Track & Trace system. Repaired devices will also be sanitised and cleaned prior to the return.

Our support team are available to login remotely should you need it and to also go through any queries you may have regarding a device or software.
